Once your order is dispatched (within 1–2 business days of payment), you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number and a tracking link.

You can track your parcel via:

  • The AusPost mobile app

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 3 business days, please check your spam folder, then email support@wallchapter.com.

Standard shipping is free on every order within Australia — no minimum order, no exclusions. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay.

All orders are sent with Australia Post tracking. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Once dispatched, Australia Post delivers within 2–8 business days. Total door-to-door time is typically 3–10 business days.

No. Wall Chapter ships to Australian addresses only. We do not accept or dispatch international orders at this time.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We offer a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return window. Items that have not been installed or hung, in original packaging, can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Email support@wallchapter.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack securely and send to the address in the RA email.

Yes. Within 30 days of delivery, exchange for a different design (not installed or hung, original packaging). You cover return postage; we cover replacement shipping. Email support@wallchapter.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the return (3–5 business days), we process refunds within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to reflect the credit. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Our stretched canvas prints are produced using:

  • cotton and polyester canvas;
  • a protective coating for vibrant print reproduction;
  • pine wood stretcher bars.

Every canvas is 60 × 60 cm, stretched over standard 38 mm thick pine wood stretcher bars.

To help maintain your artwork:

  • Dust gently using a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaning products.
  • Keep away from excessive moisture.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight where practical.
  • Handle the frame carefully during installation or relocation.

💳 Payment & Security

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All prices are in AUD, GST included. No surcharges at checkout.

Yes. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant processors. Wall Chapter never sees or stores full card numbers. All data is transmitted over TLS/SSL encryption and the entire site is served over HTTPS.

Email support@wallchapter.com within 7 days with photos of the canvas, packaging, and shipping label. We will arrange a replacement or full refund under the Australian Consumer Law. We cover all return postage for faulty or damaged products.
